GALLAGHER BASSETT PROJECT (70 TECHS)
The GBIS PC Refresh Project of 06 is officially completed. There were three phases; 1) integration lab 2) On-Site Installation 3) Asset Disposal. With the exception of FedEx losing a few packages and not delivering on a timely mater, this project was the most successful since 1998 when GBIS first used us for these refreshes. The GBIS issue log for insight is (0). Out of 70 branches there were zero complaints, zero delays, and plenty of positive feedback from the Branch Managers. GBIS had an extremely negative impression of our Asset Disposal group, but since said this was the best they have dealt with. Thank you for making this project so successful.

AVEDA PROJECT (30 TECHS)
The first half of this Aveda project is now officially complete. Overall, I think this project went very well. The first few days were a bit rough, but the customer took full responsibility for those bumps. Melissa did a great job of keeping me informed of any obstacles that were in the way, and did so in a very timely manor. I had a limited budget to work with on this project, as is the case with most projects, and Paradigm was able to work with me and get this done with great reviews from the customer.

I am VERY satisfied with the way this project was handled, and look forward to this relationship.
