Melissa Pfundstein joins Paradigm Technology in the role of Technical Recruiter, and is located in our Chicago office. She has extensive experience recruiting for the staffing industry, and is highly skilled at sourcing and interviewing qualified candidates, negotiating terms, managing project accounts, and placing qualified candidates. Karen is a Senior Sales Manager and joins us with extensive Staffing experience. She has 12 years of sales and services experience from her previous role at The Beco Group. In her past role she was responsible for developing new business as well as maintaining and growing existing accounts. Karen is currently establishing a client database for our Chicago office and developing an aggressive cold call program.

Wes Mason joins Paradigm as Vice President of Alliance Services.
Wes Mason has spent the past 8 years in the Direct Market Channel with Insight Enterprises. His professional growth has been targeted towards understanding and capitalizing on the rapid changes within technology and its consumers.
Wes brings extensive experience within the SMB and Mid-Market space with expertise in Software and Managed Services. In his past roles he was responsible for developing and expanding vendor relationships, as well as net-new business ventures within Insight.
In his new role, Wes endeavors to take Paradigm's proven capabilities and provide best-in-class Service offerings to channel partners looking to expand their own service capabilities. Additionally, he is looking to develop a Software Practice centered on Paradigm's core competencies in the Datacenter in High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Security, and Resiliency.
