Our association with our client is typically based on the fulfillment of a purchase order issued by the client. Paradigm facilitates the business transaction without encumbering the relationship with any special terms and conditions. To ensure an excellent working relationship with each client, Paradigm employs the following policies:

  • Paradigm does not require a minimum contract period, nor does it require a specific notice period for the removal of an unsatisfactory employee. Should a Paradigm employee's performance or attitude become unproductive, we encourage immediate removal. Paradigm also shares the consultant concerns with the client so that we can be proactive with any potential issues versus being reactive on any negative issues. Our Account team works closely with the client so that both parties know where everyone stands with consistent communication.

  • Paradigm will not use its presence to recruit client employees and hope that our clients follow similar procedures. Paradigm will also work with clients and their HR Departments during unfortunate times, dynamic industry changes and economic downturns to help assist displaced IT workers to find other opportunities.

  • If a Paradigm employee is relocated to work on-site at our client's location, Paradigm assumes the cost of the relocation. Similarly, Paradigm assumes the expense of daily commute mileage.

  • Paradigm prides itself on the treatment of its Consultants and the professional and technical training offered to make them more valuable to our clients, the projects they work on as well as the marketplace.

  • Paradigm provides all W2 Consultants with benefits, vacation, holiday pay and training to increase our labor pool of candidates, thus helping to ensure our professional consultants will not leave prematurely for contract assignments or other full time opportunities.

  • Paradigm performs bi-annually performance and annual salary reviews on the employee's anniversary hire date. This process ensures that everyone knows where they stand and assists in managing expectations for both the client and the consultant.
